Backend Boss Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Backend Boss ("Provider") and the course participant ("User"). By enrolling in the Backend Boss course, the User agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

 

Course Content

The Backend Boss course provides educational material and resources related to backend development. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the course content.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and any other resources provided, are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright laws. The User may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials without prior written consent from the Provider. 

Course Access 

The User will be granted access to the Backend Boss course upon successful enrollment. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their course login credentials and may not share them with any third parties.

Payment

The User agrees to pay the designated course fee as specified by the Provider. Payment must be made in full prior to gaining access to the course material. All payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Guarantees

While the Provider strives to provide high-quality educational content, the User acknowledges and understands that the results and outcomes of the course may vary. The Provider does not guarantee any specific results or success as a result of enrolling in the Backend Boss course.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal actions or disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved within the courts of Ontario.

 

By enrolling in the Backend Boss course, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
